How do I ask the resident expert a question?

If you have a technical question for our resident expert, you can submit this question in two ways. We encourage you to post your question directly to the weblog comments area. The resident expert checks this comment area daily and will reply with an answer.

If you prefer to keep your identity hidden, then feel free to use the Ask the Expert module on the left hand side of the site. By using this method and emailing your question directly to our resident expert, please be aware that your question will be posted on the weblog. Please check the weblog for a prompt response to this question.

What is the difference between the weblog and the digital library?

The community resident expert posts daily insights, news announcements, and practical tips via the community blog. We encourage you to add the blog to your RSS aggregator and enjoy these daily items.

The digital library offers more in-depth, focused resources that will help users put into practice many of the techniques discussed by our resident expert. All resources in the digital library are 100% free. You will just need to register on the site to access these resources. If you are already a member of the Realtime Nexus Digital Library, then you will need to use your existing email address and password for Realtime Nexus to log into the community digital library.

How do I download articles from the digital library?

In order to download any articles or resources from our digital library, you will first need to register on the site. The registration box located at the bottom of each article page will lead you through this easy process. It begins with confirming your email address and creating a password.

If you have any problems creating a user account to download articles, please contact us at:

How do I listen to podcasts?

There are two ways to listen to podcasts on the community site. If you have a soundcard, an embedded media player will appear on the podcast page, allowing you to listen to each podcast.

If you use iTunes to listen and subscribe to podcasts, then click on the iTunes icon located on the left side of most community pages beneath the PODCAST heading. If you use a different aggregator, then click on the icon under PODCAST to visit our Feedburner site where you can easily subscribe using any of the leading podcast aggregators.
